Security Officer - Patrols

OverviewWe're FIRST Security, one of New Zealand's market leaders in security.

About the roleAs a Mobile Patrols Officer you will drive out on an assigned route checking client property or staff to ensure security and safety.

You will attend alarm response calls or provide support to other officers on longer routes.

This role requires you to be a competent, reliable driver.

All of our vehicles are fitted with GPS and cameras for staff safety.

Monday to Sunday – days and nights

Pay rate is $

• per hour

Hours of work – rotating roster - 12 hour shifts

Full and ongoing Training provided

What we need you to have

'Can do' attitude

Excellent people and listening skills with the ability to build relationships

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to think on your feet quickly in challenging environments

Be confident in managing and resolving conflict

Physical fitness and the ability to handle stress and pressure

Be able to work individually or as part of a team

Have excellent personal presentation

A clean current full NZ Driver's Licence

Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check

A COA license or the ability to obtain one (we can assist you with this!)
