This role will suit an experienced leader who can confidently steer a complex charitable organisation while working seamlessly across global, national and local networks.Key responsibilities include : Inspiring and developing a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.Championing an organisational culture that is inclusive, high-performing, and values-driven.Creating revenue growth through new commercial initiatives, partnerships, campaigns, and donor engagement.Building strong connections with our key partners including McDonald's franchisees, philanthropists, mana whenua, funders, and RMHC Global.Ensuring sound financial stewardship, risk management, and delivery against long-term strategy.Representing RMHC as the visible voice and advocate for families, stakeholders, and communities.Ko wai koe | About youWe are looking for an experienced leader who is at once inspirational and collaborative, anchored in our purpose and focused on tangible outcomes.

You will have : Proven senior leadership experience in complex organisations, where you have demonstrated both commercial acumen and a commitment to social impact.The ability to deliver growth at scale, delivering impact through strong financial, fundraising, and operational leadership.Excellent relationship-building skills and wide networks across corporate, philanthropic, government and community sectors.Presence and authenticity, with the ability to connect across cultures and with RMHC's global family.A values-led approach, with a strong commitment to equity, inclusion and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.Why this role mattersThis is more than a Chief Executive appointment.
