Our busiest time of year is approaching, and we are seeking new Seasonal Retail Consultants to support our Wellington store team across Festive Season 2025.
As Aesop Retail Consultant, you embody our desire to engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to them.
You will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced.
In demonstrating products that address customer needs you will deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience.
You will be responsible for ensuring our store teams are supported to meet the needs of our many customers, processing sales and keeping stock levels adequately maintained and exceptionally presented.

What Are We Looking For
The ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity and sincerity
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
No prior retail experience necessary but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment
An interest to learn product knowledge
Flexible and open availability throughout October – February (full availability required for these periods; 24th November – 24th December, 26th December)
These roles are of a casual nature commencing from September 2025 and concluding in February 2026 with an opportunity to secure ongoing employment, based on the business needs.
We are seeking flexible candidates with passion for retail, who have full availability across this time, including late-night and weekend trading hours.
This operates on an on-site working pattern.
