- Based in Johnsonville
- as a Transport Operations Centre Operator, you will play an active part in daily customer journeys and help ensure the New Zealand public is kept safe on the roads.
You will manage New Zealand's transport network and respond appropriately to events reported by emergency services events, which may impact on route reliability and safety.
In this role you will support the management of the transport system across urban and rural New Zealand.
You will monitor and respond to planned and unplanned events on and around the transport network, as well as provide accurate, relevant and timely traveller information to road users.

What's great about this opportunity is that you will receive training in the form of classroom and practical experience, and work with a buddy for the first few months before flying solo.
We are seeking to appoint at a salary between $68,241 to $75,823 commensurate to skills and experience, plus a shift allowance of $3,300 per annum.
