About the Role

We're looking for a CPEng Structural Engineer to take a leading technical role within our dynamic and growing team.

Based in Tauranga (with some travel between offices), you'll play a key part in shaping our projects and mentoring our up-and-coming engineers.

In this role, you'll be responsible for signing off on structural designs across the Bay of Plenty region, where you will be contributing to a diverse range of residential and commercial structures.

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone with :

CPEng Structural Engineering registration.

Strong knowledge of the NZ Building Code and relevant structural standards.

Experience designing residential and commercial buildings.

Familiarity with multi-level housing, light commercial structures, and cold-rolled steel design.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD, SpaceGass, Mathcad, Revit, MS Office).

Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

A passion for mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge.

A full NZ driver's licence, sound health and fitness, and a proactive work ethic.
