About the Role

This position is ideal for a confident Domestic Broker or experienced Personal Lines Consultant who holds a Level 5 qualification in General Insurance.

You'll manage a diverse portfolio of personal lines clients, including home, contents, motor, and travel insurance.

You'll take ownership of renewals, new business, claims support, and policy adjustments, delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and retain a portfolio of personal lines clients across home, contents, motor, and travel.Provide expert insurance advice and deliver customised solutions to meet client needs.Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims efficiently.Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products within your portfolio.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

About You

Previous experience in personal lines broking, insurance consultancy, or account management.Solid understanding of general insurance products and policy structures.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management abilities.NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) or ANZIIF (General Insurance) qualification.
