About the role

Arcadia looking for experienced Chef de Parties to join our passionate culinary team.

These full-time role(s) (minimum 30 hrs) are an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our restaurant, known for its innovative, seasonally inspired menus showcasing the finest local produce. This is a hands‑on kitchen role preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to a positive team environment.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to restaurant standards
• Maintaining a clean & safe and organised kitchen
• Stock control & assisting with menu preparation
• Following all food safety & hygiene requirements
• Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure efficient and smooth service
