We are a dynamic, values-driven organisation with deep roots in the Northland community.
We provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a modern, supportive environment.
We're invested in growing our team with people that have the same values and high level of patient care, teamwork and culture as we do.
While we're proud of our clinical excellence and reputation, we also recognise that our role in community health goes beyond treatment — it includes caring for people, respecting the environment, acting with integrity and being a responsible member of the community we are part of.
Our staff provide a valuable contribution to patients treatment and are selected not only for their clinical ability but also for their friendly and caring approach.
During a patient's stay, we aim to provide them with excellent quality surgical care, backed up with exceptional nursing care and service.
Throughout a patient's time with us, all of our staff strive to make the visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
We are located in the beautiful Northland region which provides an abundance of lifestyle opportunities based around breath-taking coastlines and a rich cultural heritage.

Many of our surgeons are recognised nationally as experts in their fields and choose Northland as a base for its lifestyle options.
