Global Junior Digital Content Coordinator

Key Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a tech-savvy, self-driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Digital Content Coordinator. This role focuses on implementing website content for the global firm, with a primary focus on Australasia. You will report to the Global Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Content, and work closely with the Regional Business Development Director, New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and coordinate microsites and web pages related to ongoing growth initiatives (combinations, mergers, etc.)
• Act as the primary point of contact for web-related requests
• Assist in the development, launch, and maintenance of microsites, blogs, and other digital platforms
• Implement and update content (e.g., lawyer biographies, news, articles) on the Firm's websites and microsites using our CMS platforms (Sitecore and WordPress), as well as HTML and CSS where required
• Ensure all content complies with Firm standards and is SEO optimized
• Develop, maintain, and update documentation relating to processes and workflows within the digital content team
• Support CRM data coordination and assist with related digital activities
• Serve as the main contact for Digital Marketing support globally, with a primary focus on Australasia
• Provide guidance, training, and support to other Sitecore and WordPress users across the firm
