Overview

Join to apply for the Property Manager role at Summerset Retirement Villages .

Responsibilities

  • Day to day site management including repairs and maintenance
  • Coordination of refurbishments, contractors and ongoing projects
  • Property and asset planning
  • Working with our residents to listen to their concerns and feedback and ensuring we are creating great environments with the highest of standards

Qualifications

  • You will naturally take pride in maintaining and developing beautiful gardens and facilities and love to share your ideas and passion with your team.

    • You’ll Bring With You

  • A relevant trade qualification and significant experience in a related area
  • A good understanding of complex building systems and regulatory compliance
  • Good computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proven success of leading teams to deliver great customer service
  • Great communication skills to aid you in building strong relationships across the residents and village teams.
