We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Contract Supervisor to oversee civil construction projects across various disciplines, predominantly telecommunications, drainage, water, power installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves preparing and managing pricing, coordinating with senior management, and handling monthly claims and progress reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee civil construction contracts from commencement through to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards on‑site, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and submit monthly claims, progress reports, and financial updates in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Work closely with senior management to provide updates on project status, risks, and any contractual issues.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Review and manage contractual changes, variations, and claims, negotiating where necessary.
- Assist in the procurement and selection of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate project meetings to facilitate effective communication and problem‑solving.
