The assignment is remote and is expected to be completed within 1–2 months, with the main deliverables due within one week.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an automated pipeline for literature analysis using AI and NLP techniques.
  • Extract, organize, and synthesize scientific results from hundreds of biology research articles.
  • Contextualize findings within the broader scientific landscape and identify novel research themes.
  • Integrate APIs and automate data collection, cleaning, and processing tasks.
  • Collaborate with scientific stakeholders to ensure outputs meet research objectives.
  • Document processes and provide recommendations for future automation improvements.

Skills and Requirements
