Support Worker - West Auckland (Behavioural Support)

• Part time : 40 hours per fortnight
• Shifts : 12.30pm to 8.30pm

We’re looking for a strong, resilient Support Worker - someone who’s got the heart and strength to step up and support a male with complex behavioural needs. You’ll be working one-on-one, helping him to manage emotions, stay safe, and grow. This role isn't just a job – it’s about standing beside someone when things get tough and helping them find their way forward. You’ll be fully trained and have a solid team behind you.
