Job Description About the role You will deliver approved electrical courses, facilitate practical learning, and guide students to achieve their qualifications.

What you will be doing Deliver engaging electrical training in block course and day release formats Assess student work, complete marking on time and use approved learning materials Provide coaching, guidance and academic support to help learners succeed Maintain a safe and well resourced training centre alongside the Learning Manager Ensure all health and safety practices and reporting requirements are met Desired Skills and Experience What you will bring NZ Electrical Registration is essential (Full Practising Licence, Inspectors Licence or Electrical Engineering Degree) Strong industry experience within the electrical trade Experience in adult education or vocational training is desirable, but we can support you to develop these skills Confidence in lesson facilitation, assessment and student engagement Good communication, organisation and digital skills, including Microsoft Office Why join Skills Group?
