Who we are looking for : An experienced Quantity surveyor who consistently maintains high standards and delivers strong commercial outcomes.

Someone who is eager to step into a leading role among an established construction team of experienced members.

Your main responsibilities will be : Protect the deal; following budgets Identification of commercial risk factors Administration and documentation control Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders Contract management Assisting the estimation team Skills Experience : Tertiary Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law and Order or relevant industry 3+ year industry experience in contract management practices Working knowledge of specific contract laws and building contracts High level computer processing skills in Microsoft Programmes Strong communication, team management and leadership skills Benefits : Competitive industry salary Collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation.
