Heavy Haulage Truck Driver

Are you an experienced Class 5 driver with a passion for moving big gear and keeping New Zealand’s heavy civil infrastructure moving? HEB Construction is looking for a skilled Heavy Haulage Truck Driver to join our Transport & Equipment team, responsible for hauling some of the country’s most impressive machinery across projects nationwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Transporting HEB’s heavy civil plant and equipment to projects across New Zealand
• Operating truck & trailer units, including low loaders and specialised transport equipment
• Ensuring machinery is secured, loaded, and unloaded safely
• Carrying out vehicle checks, maintaining logs, and following all compliance requirements
• Working closely with our Plant, Civil and Project teams to deliver equipment on time and in top condition
• Representing HEB with professionalism on public roads, customer sites, and project locations
