We're looking for empathetic, passionate Support Workers to join our Community Services team. Whether you're seeking flexible hours around your current commitments or prefer consistent, rostered shifts, we have permanent part-time roles available in East Auckland area.

What You'll Be Doing - Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and achieve personal goals. You'll work from a care plan and provide both practical and emotional support, which may include :

  • Meal preparation
  • Personal cares (e.g., showering, toileting)
  • Administering medication
  • Home management (housework)
  • Supporting community outings and integration

You'll work alongside a wider team but make a meaningful difference every day—directly in the lives of the people you support.

    We also require :

  • Prior experience in healthcare or care-giving (essential)
  • Willingness to work with children
  • Experience with the use of hoists
  • A full NZ driver\'s licence and reliable transport (most positions)
