Full-Time Sous Chef - Christchurch ( Qualified Chef - Fine Dining )
We're on the hunt for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team in Christchurch . If you're a qualified chef with fine dining experience and strong leadership skills, this could be the role for you.
What we're looking for :
- Qualified Chef with at least 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef
- Fine dining or upscale bistro experience preferred
- Confident leader with the ability to mentor and coach a team
- Passionate about cooking with fresh, seasonal NZ produce
- Reliable , organised, and calm under pressure
- Clear communicator with both management and front of house
Key Responsibilities :
Creating interchangeable degustation and special occasion menusManaging food costs and staff rostersEnsuring smooth, high-quality kitchen serviceTraining and supporting junior chefsOverseeing kitchen operations with professionalism and careRole Details :
