Join PwC’s Transformation Design and Delivery team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland to work on some of our largest transformation programmes. You’ll be part of an incredibly skilled team who achieve impactful outcomes for our clients across Aotearoa using latest technologies.
Thrive in an environment where driving these large‑scale transformations will leverage all your delivery skills from planning through to the execution of initiatives; often involving numerous stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors across various locations. The PMO and delivery function are crucial pillars of this process, forming the foundation of our most significant engagements.
Make a substantial impact in the following areas :
Transformation Design and Governance : Lead the delivery of major transformation programmes across diverse clients and industries, providing strategic guidance and governance to ensure successful transformations.
Transformation Management and Major Project Delivery : Leverage your expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver high‑quality outcomes for clients by managing initiatives within budget, scope, and timelines. Serve as a trusted advisor in project steering and advisory roles, performing health‑checks, rescuing troubled projects, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, and building deep stakeholder relationships.
Organisational and Technology Change Management : Drive successful organisational change and technology adoption by developing and implementing robust change management plans, strategies, and interventions, fostering stakeholder engagement, and driving seamless transformational change.

Over 10 years of experience in programme and delivery management with a proven track record of overseeing complex initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with strategic goals.
In-depth knowledge and practical application of Portfolio, Programme & Project Management (3PM), PRINCE2, PMI / PMBOK, Agile (SAFe, ICAgile, Scrum), allowing for effective risk management, resource allocation, and process improvement.
Professional services and consulting environments, delivering significant business value and transformation.
Adept at working with and influencing senior stakeholders to align project objectives with organisational strategy and drive business outcomes.
Extensive background in providing consultancy to optimise processes, improve performance, and achieve operational excellence across diverse industries.
Committed to coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative culture, enhancing skill sets, and driving career development.
