As a Support Worker you will be supporting clients with complex needs, managing risk, ensuring safety, and providing individual care. We would prefer someone who has previous experience working within the disability sector or aged care. Dealing with challenging behaviour can be tough, but with the right approach, we can make a difference, promote positive behaviours, and create a supportive environment for people to thrive. You will be supporting individuals with complex behavioural support needs. Part of what you do each day will be helping them to recognise and respond to emotional overwhelm and react safely to this. We are looking for someone physically active who has the resilience and confidence to work with challenging behaviours.
