What you’ll do
- Deliver Efficient Checkout Service : Accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times and handle refunds courteously.
- Engage and Resolve Customer Needs : Create positive customer interactions, respond to queries and escalation issues when necessary.
- Support Cash Management : Assist with cash office activities including banking, reconciliations and investigating variances.
- Maintain Store Standards & Safety : Keep store areas clean, organised, uphold uniform standards and prioritise safety protocols.
- Contribute to Service Improvement : Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
