As Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of strategic data and digital initiatives. You’ll ensure projects are planned, executed, and monitored to achieve outcomes that align with Pharmac’s mission. This role combines strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement.

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and monitor progress against deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, registers, and technology decisions.
• Apply and uphold project management standards, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Manage the Design Authority process for approving solution designs and integration points.
• Clarify roles and responsibilities, manage budgets, resources, and procurement.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, including contingency planning.
• Provide transparent reporting on technical progress and decisions.
• Build strong relationships and communicate technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Oversee deployment planning, CI / CD pipelines, and smooth handover to BAU teams.
• Support test strategies and ensure systems meet security and privacy standards.
• Contribute to lessons learnt and maintain improvement lists for future releases.
• Lead other ICT projects as assigned by the Manager, ICT.
