Your Role
As a Sales and Revenue Manager at RoomPriceGenie, you will be the go‑to expert for our hotel clients, guiding them through pricing strategies and ensuring they get the most out of our cutting‑edge technology. You'll be the face of the company, supporting clients from free trial to fully onboarded success stories, while playing a key role in shaping the future of our product with your insights.
- Be the main point of contact for our hotel clients, mastering revenue management and pricing strategies to ensure their success.
- Own the journey from lead to loyal customer—taking over leads, supporting them during setup, and maintaining feedback loops.
- Build your own network in the industry, sourcing your own deals and growing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with our tech team, giving valuable input on product improvements based on real client feedback.
- Shape the future of a fast‑growing startup by bringing your creative ideas and fresh approaches to the table.
Your Profile
C2‑level English proficiency with excellent communication skills.Eligible to live and work in Australia or New Zealand.A problem solver with a passion for tech, numbers, and innovation.Experience in Revenue Management or hospitality tech sales and an understanding of the needs of hoteliers.Ideally, a degree in business or hospitality.Enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high‑energy environment.Excellent communicator who knows how to build strong relationships with clients.Nice to have
