We’ve been proudly operating in Christchurch for over 8 years, and thanks to the growing demand for certified professionals, we’re expanding our team. We’re looking for passionate Consultants to join our dynamic office. We also have opportunities available in our Brisbane office, with relocation assistance offered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct one‑on‑one phone consultations with potential students to understand their career goals.
• Recommend suitable training options tailored to individual aspirations.
• Provide tools for success in the chosen career path.
• Convert generated leads into sales; no cold calling is involved.
• Work towards monthly KPIs and targets.

Base salary with semiannual reviews and transparent salary increases dependent on performance.

Monthly commission payments with attractive uncapped commission.

Achievable OTE of $100k+.
