Overview

We're excited to open applications for a Distribution Supervisor to join our Power and Communication Services team in the Tasman Region. If you're ready to step up and lead the delivery of high-quality distribution construction, maintenance, and faults work, this is your chance to make a real impact. You'll be part of a tight-knit, skilled team based at our Hope Depot.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll organise, supervise, and support crews to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant work for our customers across the region. You'll work closely with Contract and Project Managers, clients, and contractors to keep jobs on track and identify opportunities to improve how we operate. When needed, you'll also roll up your sleeves and get hands‑on alongside the team.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with strong leadership capability, excellent industry knowledge, and the drive to deliver outstanding service. If you're an experienced line mechanic, cable jointer, or electrician with proven distribution expertise and a passion for developing people, we want to hear from you.
