Morrinsville Branch – Full time, fixed term 12 months, Monday to Friday.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the frontline expert for our customers, delivering timely and accurate solutions for online banking issues, card disputes, and complex AML and regulatory matters under tight deadlines.
Face-to-face interactions require you to think on your feet, remain composed under pressure, and consistently deliver a positive, professional experience.
What will you bring?
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in administration and customer service within consumer banking or a related field.
Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and commitments in a complex and dynamic environment.
Tech savvy – able to assist customers with our digital platforms.
Effective delivery of results, meeting expectations and adapting to changing business needs and conflicting priorities.
Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance is preferred.
