Teacher Aide (Fixed Term)

We are looking for flexible, adaptable and resilient individuals to support multiple students with learning and / or engagement needs.The ideal candidates will have experience in a Teacher Aide role managing a range of complex behavioural and learning needs and should be able to develop strong mana-enhancing relationships with students and staff.The ability to maintain a positive, open-to-learning mindset is essential, as is the ability to see the hidden potential of the students the successful candidate would be working with.Experience dealing with complex behavioural needs is essential.A satisfactory Police Clearance is a prerequisite for this position.Job DetailsPart Time (20 hours per week), Fixed Term, to cover extended leave of another member of staff.End date : Friday 12th December,
