Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support a large-scale initiative within the financial services sector. This role will suit someone with strong Excel capability, excellent record-keeping skills, and experience handling high volumes of data. Previous exposure to banking systems, AML processes, and client onboarding will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain large datasets in Excel with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Keep thorough records of project activities, ensuring information is well-documented and easily accessible.
- Update client information and records within CRM systems.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider project team.
- Assist in reporting and tracking project progress, including identifying and addressing data anomalies.
- Support onboarding and compliance processes for various entity types (companies, trusts, partnerships, estates, clubs).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure project activities are completed on time and to a high standard.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting).Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain accurate records across large data volumes.Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute ideas for improving efficiency.Experience working with banking systems or CRM platforms.Solid understanding of AML requirements, particularly in relation to entity onboarding.Previous frontline banking or financial services experience would be advantageous.What’s on Offer
