In this role, you will define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and optimize user experiences to drive engagement, growth, and revenue. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of high‑impact initiatives. Accountabilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy, aligning the roadmap with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research, surveys, and market analysis to identify opportunities for new features and improvements.
• Lead feature development, manage the product backlog, and prioritize tasks to deliver impactful updates.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to optimize user flows, conduct A / B tests, and ensure intuitive, engaging experiences.
• Monitor product performance through data analysis, track key metrics, and drive data‑informed decisions.
• Implement safety and trust features, such as reporting tools and verification systems, to protect users.
• Develop and optimize monetization strategies, including subscription models and pricing.
• Integrate user feedback into the product development process, enhancing overall satisfaction and engagement.
