About the Role
The Medical Staffing Unit has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, to lead the Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Run Description Review across Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty. This role works closely with RMO's across services, the Chief Medical Officer, Union Partners and other senior stakeholders.

Staying exceptionally organised in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for attention to detail with accuracy and be confident working with large datasets whilst enjoy transforming information into meaningful reporting, makes you a great asset to the team.
You will be required to lead and encourage team members and stakeholders to complete their tasks on time, drive the project from the beginning and planning stages, through to completion within tight timeframes and deadlines.
This is a business and hospital staff facing role, and it will require you to have strong people skills and to be confident speaking with senior stakeholders across the board.
Your background in healthcare or experience coordinating a RMO workforce and associated SECA's will be highly advantageous, as well as understanding of legal frameworks and contracts to ensure compliance.
About the Team / Service / Location
You'll be joining a highly skilled, collaborative, and passionate team within the MSU, based at Tauranga Hospital.
This project and position will be supported by two project coordinators that will directly report to the Project Manager.
