• Assist customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues, guide users, and keep people updated.
• With a solid grasp of operating systems, networks, you can fix the kinds of hiccups that can trip people up.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Partner teams to get the best outcomes for customers.
• Follow through on issues, update tickets, share knowledge, and take pride in sorting stuff out.
