This is an exciting entry level opportunity for a person looking to step into this highly sought after industry. Hancocks Family Merchants are a 100% New Zealand family owned and operated business. With a sizeable portfolio of premium brands, the company is one of the key players within the liquor industry and is experiencing significant growth.

The role of Sales Coordinators is to provide general support to a sizeable sales and marketing team. Specific tasks include : design and completion of Wine / Cocktail lists, travel and meeting arrangements, regular reporting and product information maintenance, designing, collating and dispatch of sales & marketing materials as well as function / event coordination.

Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Adobe In-design, Illustrator and Canva would be advantageous.

The role is with the hospitality sales team, so a passion for bars and restaurants and hotels is a pre-requisite and some hospitality work experience would also be an advantage.

You will need to be well-organised and a multi-tasker and to be able to work in a team environment. Above all you need to have a passion & energy for what you do and be able to share that passion with those around you.
