Quality Assurance Associate

We’re looking for someone special to join our herd as our Quality Assurance Associate .

You’re someone who can balance doing the doing (think specs, SOPs, frameworks, audits) with advising and enabling others. You’ll keep things compliant, efficient, and practical – all while being warm, collaborative, and confident in your conversations across the business.

As an empowered specialist sitting within our Supply Chain group, your knowledge and hands on experience will set you up well with strong independent working skills; confidently finding information, solving problems, and keeping momentum while working closely with them and other leaders

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within a consumables, manufacturing / engineering, or agricultural product environment
• An organised and structured way of working – you love a good list and you actually tick things off it
• Confidence and warmth – you build great relationships and communicate clearly
• A proactive, self-starting attitude – you see what needs doing and make it happen
• The ability to shift comfortably between detail and big picture
