About the Role : We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor to lead our Hamilton Infrastructure Division . In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting your team, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising operational teams
• Coaching and training staff
• Running operational and toolbox meetings
• Time entry, work logging, and job note management
• Writing and implementing JSEAs (Job Safety & Environmental Analysis)
• Supporting safe work practices and company policies
• Taking the lead on performance management when needed

This is a results-focused position that requires strong leadership, initiative, and an eye for continuous improvement. You will play a critical part in supporting both operational success and long-term sustainable growth.
