We are looking for an inspiring and driven Store Manager to lead our team at Albany store . Here’s what’s on offer :

Role – Store Manager

Rostered Hours : Tuesday to Saturday
Minimum Hours : 40 hours per week
Salary : $60,000

What your day will look like

Leading the store day-to-day and taking ownership of its success

Coaching, mentoring, and empowering your team to reach their full potential

Driving sales and motivating the team to hit and exceed targets

Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members

Delivering a customer experience that reflects who we are as a brand

Creating and maintaining a strong, inclusive team culture

You’ll thrive in this role if you

Have leadership experience in retail and are passionate about developing others

Are confident, adaptable, and ready to take ownership

Bring strong sales drive and a commercial mindset

Are people-focused — you love leading a team and connecting with your customers

Know how to manage operations while keeping the energy high on the floor
