Lead & Develop the Payroll Team Manage day-to-day payroll operations, supervise the team, and ensure scalability, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Ensure Compliance & Governance Maintain proper documentation of payroll legislation, liaise with tax / government authorities, and ensure adherence to statutory and company policies.
Safeguard Data Integrity Uphold strict confidentiality of payroll data and ensure accurate processing across all payroll cycles.
Drive Process Excellence & Improvements Streamline and re-engineer processes, identify gaps, implement automation and digital solutions, and support initiatives like BCP and RPA.
Collaborate & Implement Systems Work with Business Units, GHR, and IS teams on policy changes and system enhancements; support SAP HCM rollout locally and regionally.
What You'll Bring Education : A good degree in Human Resource or a related discipline.
Experience : At least 5 years of payroll administration experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Technical & Regulatory Knowledge : Strong understanding of payroll best practices, CPF, employment laws, and tax regulations; proficiency in SAP Payroll is an advantage.
Skills & Attributes : Meticulous, analytical, proactive, hands-on, and system-savvy with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
Communication & Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
