Te Turanga | The Role
We're looking for a Senior Workforce Analyst for a 12-month fixed term or secondment arrangement where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping workforce analytics at FMA.
You'll design and deliver meaningful insights that enable informed decision-making, improve workforce planning, and enhance organisational effectiveness.
From developing robust data models and forecasting scenarios to creating intuitive dashboards and partnering with leaders, this role is all about turning data into actionable strategies that help our people thrive.
You'll also collaborate across functions, champion workforce planning tools, and build analytical capability within the People team.
He korero mou | About you
You're a data storyteller with expertise in HR analytics and reporting on people-specific data.
You can translate complex insights into practical solutions and have strong commercial acumen.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, HR systems, and Power BI is key, along with experience designing and maintaining dashboards.
