In this role, you’ll assist the lead yoga teacher in creating a calm and welcoming space, offering practical support during sessions, and helping individuals feel confident and safe in their practice. This is a great fit for someone passionate about wellness, movement, and community care.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup of mats, props, and music or tech for sessions.
• Provide gentle guidance and encouragement to participants during the class.
• Help model modified movements for accessibility (with guidance from the lead).
• Welcome participants and support registration or sign-in.
• Create an inclusive, respectful, and relaxed environment.
• Assist with collecting feedback and promoting the wellbeing program.
