The Code Crew is seeking Senior C++ Software Engineers to join our team and work directly on-site with one of our key clients .

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of heavy equipment operation, tackling complex, cross-platform challenges along the way.

In this role, you’ll be embedded in our client’s team as a senior C++ dev, mentoring and supporting a team of talented developers. If you thrive in a collaborative, technically challenging environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be working on

Heavy machinery guidance system for a joint venture between two leading global companies.

What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and maintain complex C++ applications and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality software
Optimise code performance, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards
Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship, and share knowledge with junior developers
Identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest C++ technologies, trends, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

6+ years of proven experience in C++ software development

Extensive knowledge of C++ programming language, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

Experience in agile development methodologies and familiarity with DevOps practices

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
