We are seeking several innovative teachers to join our foundation team.Nature is our classroom - children spend most of their day outdoors, learning through play, inquiry, and connection to people and place.

We are looking for teachers who are empathetic, creative, resilient, and inspired by the idea of teaching where trees, gardens and beaches are our learning spaces.PositionTeachers (several positions) — Full time, Permanent.

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacherResponsibilitiesDeliver rich inquiry that blends the NZ Curriculum with our nature-immersed approach.Build deep relationships with children and whanau, ensuring every child feels seen and valued.Work collaboratively within our close-knit team, especially alongside our outdoor education lead and atelierista.Play an active role in shaping the culture of a new and innovative school.Approach each day with the belief that all children are capable, curious, and full of wonder.We offerA supportive, fun team where passion for children matters most- we believe skills can always be learned.
