Breast Radiologist

The department of Radiology at Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua MidCentral is seeking an experienced Breast Radiologist to join our team!

About the role and service :

BreastScreen Coast to Coast (BSCC) is one of the eight lead providers for the national BreastScreen Aotearoa programme and covers the Taranaki, Whanganui, Hawkes Bay, Tairawhiti, and MidCentral regions.

We are looking to appoint a part-time (0.8 FTE) radiologist to support our BreastScreen Coast to Coast (BSCC) Service.

Based at Palmerston North Hospital, BSCC covers the Taranaki, Whanganui, Hawke's Bay, Tairawhiti, and MidCentral Districts.

The successful applicant will ideally be accredited in breast screening and have experience in all forms of breast imaging, including mammography, breast ultrasounds, as well as ultrasound-guided biopsies.
