About the Role
The Aotearoa Immunisation Register (AIR) enables immunisation healthcare providers to access immunisation health records and make better decisions about whether a person should or should not receive a vaccination.The primary purpose of this role is to plan and coordinate tasks that align to AIR administrators' capacity and ability. Manage the collection, maintenance and exchange of accurate and valid data in the AIR in accordance with the security, quality and timeliness specification in the AIR business rules. Lead the data integrity processes for the region. Compile lists of infants and children from Power BI approaching milestone ages at risk of not being immunised so that immunisations can be delivered to meet Health NZ targets.This is a permanent, part time opportunity based in Dunedin.

About you
You are an experienced coordinator able to provide appropriate support to the AIR team. You have an eye for detail and commitment to continuous quality improvement. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a timely, and accurate manner. Able to work to tight deadlines and timeframes. You are comfortable with outreach work in the community, at clinics and in an office environment as required.
Proven experience in administration and analytical systems such as Power BI, and the ability to include upgrades and error resolutions
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft office
An eye for detail and commitment for continuous quality improvement
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work to tight timeframes
