Manage day-to-day payroll operations, supervise the team, and ensure scalability, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Ensure Compliance & Governance
Maintain proper documentation of payroll legislation, liaise with tax / government authorities, and ensure adherence to statutory and company policies.
Safeguard Data Integrity
Uphold strict confidentiality of payroll data and ensure accurate processing across all payroll cycles.
Drive Process Excellence & Improvements
Streamline and re-engineer processes, identify gaps, implement automation and digital solutions, and support initiatives like BCP and RPA.
Collaborate & Implement Systems
Work with Business Units, GHR, and IS teams on policy changes and system enhancements; support SAP HCM rollout locally and regionally.
