Timber Yard Team Member - Mitre 10 Onehunga

If you have an interest in the Building and Construction industry, and want to get paid whilst improving your knowledge and skillset, Mitre 10 Onehunga has the role for you.The Role : Our Timber Yard team is looking for someone who loves delivering epic customer service and doesn't mind a bit of hard work.

This is a challenging but rewarding role, working together with the Trade and Dispatch teams.

Your primary focus will be assisting our Trade and DIY customers with great advice, making sure they have everything they need to complete their projects.A good level of physical fitness is required to help lift timber and other materials, as well as to be on your feet all day.

This is a permanent, full time (40 hours per week) role, working 5 days a week including one weekend day (Sunday-Thursday).

About YouPositive energy for getting the job done right.We are looking for team players with a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic.Previous customer service experience, or building and timber knowledge would be an advantage, but strong personal values aligned with ours are what will make you successful at Mitre 10.Full clean driver licence is required.Current F endorsed forklift certification is an advantage; willingness to learn and complete forklift licence training if not already held.
