Maintenance Fitter

The opportunity

This 24 / 7 site runs on a 2-2-3 shift rotation, balancing day and night shifts with plenty of time off. Shifts are 12 hours (6am–6pm), offering consistency and lifestyle flexibility.

On shift you’ll be across both preventative maintenance and hands-on fault finding on state-of-the-art production and packaging machinery — everything from pneumatics, conveyors, pumps and bearings to troubleshooting across automated systems. You’ll also use MEX CMMS to keep the team moving.

Base salaries sit around $120k, but with overtime and a range of allowances (tools, advanced trade skills, ENCHEM, electrical, long service), you can add another up to $30k+ annually. Plus, you’ll receive extra leave to help you recharge.
