Health & Safety Advisor - Tourism

Do you always put safety first? We are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor based in Te Anau or Queenstown to join our Health & Safety team. This role supports the enhancement of our safety culture and empowers leaders across the business to do the same.

Embedding a health and safety culture is the responsibility of all our people and leaders. This role will provide specialist knowledge and expertise, working alongside the Health & Safety team and our leaders to support the delivery of their commitments and responsibilities towards embedding best practice health & safety.

As Part Of This Role You Will

• Work with the Health and Safety team & operational leaders to drive active engagement and development of a health and safety culture across the business, including travel between Queenstown, Fiordland & Rakiura.
• Provide relevant expertise to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of health and safety policies, procedures and systems.
• Support all managers and other key staff across the business through effective collaboration and mentoring.
