SeekaFresh is looking for an organised, proactive and confident Fresh Market

Sales Administrator

to join our team on a

fixed-term contract (30 hours per week) covering maternity leave

The Role

As the hub of our fresh market operations, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our orders, stock, customers and partners are supported every day.

Your responsibilities will include :

Processing customer sales and coordinating daily orders

Preparing and organising dispatch notes for driver pickups

Managing buyer confirmations, vendor returns and stock write-offs

Processing credit notes for crates, pallets and pricing discrepancies

Providing friendly, efficient customer service across fresh market channels

Working closely with growers, sales teams, SmartFresh and external stakeholders

Managing supermarket print runs, Foodstuffs store communications, POs, BCTIs and credits

Overseeing Costco admin including documentation, repack dockets and delivery bookings

Ensuring all paperwork—receipts, loadouts, credit requests and manual dockets—is accurately filed

Coordinating transport bookings with carriers and supporting overall sales / dispatch needs

What You Bring

2+ years in an admin or customer service role

Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A positive, can-do attitude and team-focused approach

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Experience in fresh produce is an advantage

Awareness of Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements
