Satisfy Food Rescue is looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven leader to help us bridge the gap between surplus and need.Since

• , Satisfy has rescued over 1,800 tonnes of edible food, redistributed the equivalent of 5 million meals, and helped reduce CO2 emissions and water waste across North Canterbury.We work with supermarkets, growers, and food businesses to redirect surplus food to over 50 community organisations - from food banks and schools to iwi and meal providers.About the RoleYou'll be at the heart of our mission - connecting strategy with action, working with a fun, energetic and collaborative team to help manage our operations, and nurturing the relationships that make our work possible.

You'll : Lead and support our Food Collection SpecialistsBuild and grow partnerships with food donors and recipient organisationsUse data and systems to track impact and drive improvement.Champion our values across all parts of our organisationOversee service delivery externally to ensure operational excellenceWe recognise Te Tiriti o Waitangi as an important guiding framework for our work and strive to reflect its principles in everything we do.
