The OpportunityWe are seeking a forward thinking and experienced Maintenance Divisional Manager to lead our operations, promote safety, and inspire team excellence within the division.In this pivotal leadership position, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and oversee the full spectrum of maintenance contracts and operational responsibilities.
Your role will encompass strategic planning, budgeting, fostering the professional growth of your team, and building strong, positive relationships with our clients.
You will play a key part in ensuring successful project delivery, maintaining high safety standards, and driving operational performance within the region.
