We’re seeking a highly capable and proactive operator who can hit the ground running and provide essential high-level support across a range of projects. Working closely with the Operations Team Leader and Service Manager , you’ll be the go‑to person who keeps things moving — coordinating priorities, managing information flow, and ensuring delivery happens smoothly and on time.
What you’ll be doing :
Providing operational and project support across multiple workstreams and priorities.
Coordinating between teams and ensuring timely follow‑up on key actions.
Supporting leadership with scheduling, task management, and reporting.
Assisting with meeting coordination, documentation, and general team support.
Identifying and escalating operational risks while contributing to process improvements.
Supporting change and reform projects within a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
What you’ll bring :
Proven experience in an Operational , Executive Assistant , or Project Coordinator role, operating at a senior or strategic support level.
Exceptional organisational and coordination skills — you thrive on creating order and keeping things on track.
Resilience, positivity, and confidence when handling competing demands.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
A solid understanding of systems and processes (experience in government or legal settings advantageous).
The Role :
Senior‑level support position – 6‑month fixed term with potential to extend or become ongoing.
Flexible hours – full‑time or part‑time options considered.
Ideally available to start within the next 2–3 weeks.
